Mon travail de recherche actuel consiste en l’élaboration d’une matrice emplois-expositions (MEE ou JEM Job-Exposure Matrix) qui intègre les évaluations d’experts en expositions professionnelles réalisées au cours de plusieurs études cas-témoin sur le cancer menées auprès de la population du Grand Montréal.

Je suis également impliqué dans la création d’une banque de données rétrospectives de mesure des expositions professionnelles pour la province de Québec en utilisant les différentes données recueillies par des hygiénistes du gouvernement québécois depuis 1980.

Un autre de mes champs d’intérêts est la modélisation statistique des expositions professionnelles utilisant des méthodes modernes (par exemple l’inférence multimodèle). pour l’identification des déterminants des expositions.

Enfin, je m’intéresse au design et à l’évaluation de la performance des stratégies d’échantillonnage en matière d’hygiène du travail. En lien avec ce champ d’activités, un autre de mes projets en cours vise à doter les différents intervenants en hygiène industrielle d’outils d’interprétation des mesures concernant les limites en matière d’exposition professionnelle.
